Terms and
conditions.
The agreement between you and us when you buy something or open an account.
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Digital DEN, the operator of digitalden.shop. You can contact us at hello@digitalden.shop.
By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are set and charged in pounds sterling (GBP).
The currency selector on this site converts prices for convenience using exchange rates from a third party. Those figures are indicative only. The amount you are charged will be the GBP price. Your bank or card issuer will apply its own exchange rate on the day, which may differ from the figure shown here, and may add its own fees. We have no control over either.
We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot take payment, or if we suspect fraud.
4. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK you normally have 14 days from receiving goods to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to return them. You do not need to give a reason.
Important exceptions:
- Digital content and software licences — once download or access begins with your agreement, the right to cancel is lost. You will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.
- Items made or configured to your specification.
- Installation work already carried out at your request within the cancellation period — you may owe us for work completed.
To cancel, email hello@digitalden.shop. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, to the original payment method.
5. Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Tell us and we will sort it.
6. Accounts
Anyone can browse the site and add items to a basket. To place an order you need an account with a linked Discord account, because orders are handled through Discord.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully or fraudulently
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it
- Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service
- Scrape or copy content for commercial use without permission
8. Our content
The design, text, branding and code of this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Availability
We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw it for maintenance or other reasons without notice.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity where you are using the site for business purposes.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
13. Complaints
Email hello@digitalden.shop and we will respond within one working day. If we cannot resolve it between us you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, or contact Citizens Advice.
