1. Who we are, and who you buy from

Digital DEN develops and publishes scripts and resources for FiveM servers. We operate digitalden.shop. You can reach us at hello@digitalden.shop or through our Discord.

We do not take your payment, and we are not the seller of record. Checkout on this site is operated by Tebex Limited. When you buy a package, your purchase contract for that transaction is with Tebex, not with us. Tebex takes the payment, handles tax, issues receipts and deals with refunds and chargebacks. Their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself and take precedence over anything on this page that concerns payment.

These terms cover the two things that are ours: your use of this site, and the licence you receive to use our scripts. By using the site or installing one of our scripts you accept them.

2. What we sell

Everything on this site is digital content: script files and resources you download and install on a FiveM server. Nothing physical is shipped. We do not resell other people's software, and we do not sell accounts, keys or services for other platforms.

Some packages are free. The licence terms in section 4 apply to those in exactly the same way as to paid ones.

3. Prices and currency

Our prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP). The currency selector on this site converts them for convenience using third party exchange rates, and those figures are indicative only.

The amount you actually pay, the currency it is taken in, and any sales tax or VAT added on top are all determined by Tebex at checkout based on where you are. The Tebex checkout total is the authoritative figure, not the price shown on our product pages.

If a package is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may withdraw it rather than fulfil the order.

4. Your licence

When you buy or download a package, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Unless the product page says otherwise, that licence lets you:

• Use the script on one FiveM server that you own or operate
• Modify it for use on that server
• Receive updates to it for as long as we publish them

It does not let you:

• Redistribute, resell, share or publish the files, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified, paid or free
• Run it on servers you do not own or operate, including running it on behalf of other people
• Remove or obscure authorship, licensing or attribution in the code
• Use it to create a competing product for sale

Breaking these ends the licence immediately, without a refund, and we may remove your access to updates, support and our Discord. Leaking or reuploading a paid script is the clearest example. We take it seriously because it is the thing that most directly damages a small team.

We keep ownership of the code. Buying a licence is not buying the copyright.

5. Delivery, and your right to cancel

Delivery is immediate: the files are made available to your CFX account through Tebex as soon as payment clears.

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right to change your mind is limited. Under UK law, and equivalently under the EU right of withdrawal, the right to cancel is lost once download or access begins with your agreement. You are asked to acknowledge this during checkout.

Any cancellation, refund or withdrawal request is handled by Tebex as the seller, not by us. Contact them through Tebex checkout support, and see their terms for the full position. Tell us as well and we will help where we can, but we cannot issue a refund on a payment we never received.

6. If something is broken

Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If one of our scripts does not do what the product page says it does, that is our problem to fix.

Open a ticket in our Discord and we will work through it with you. In practice the fastest route is nearly always a fix or an update from us rather than a refund from Tebex, and we would rather you ended up with a working script.

We cannot promise our scripts will work alongside every other resource on your server, or on heavily modified frameworks. Where a product page lists supported frameworks, that list is what we support.

7. Support

Support runs 11:00 to 23:00 UK time, every day, through tickets in our Discord. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up when the window opens.

Support covers our scripts: installation, bugs, and questions about how they work. It does not cover building your server for you, fixing unrelated resources, or debugging modifications you have made to our code, though we will point you in the right direction where we can.

8. Accounts and identity

This site has no accounts and no passwords. You can browse and build a basket without identifying yourself at all.

To buy, you sign in with your CFX (FiveM) account through Tebex. That is how your licence is issued and how you re-download later, so the CFX account you buy with is the one that owns the licence.

Linking your Discord account is optional. It exists so support can see what you own without asking you for a transaction id. You can ask us to unlink it at any time.

9. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully or fraudulently
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service
• Scrape or copy content for commercial use without permission

10. Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback instead of contacting Tebex or us, the licence for that purchase ends and access to updates, support and our Discord may be removed. This is not a penalty for disputing a genuine problem, it is what happens when a payment is reversed: the licence was granted in exchange for it.

11. Our content

The design, text, branding and code of this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Availability

We try to keep the site and our Discord available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and parts of both depend on third parties such as Tebex, Cloudflare and Discord. We may suspend or withdraw either for maintenance without notice.

13. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity where you are using our scripts for business purposes. Our total liability for any package is limited to what you paid for it.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Your contract with Tebex is governed by Tebex's own terms.

16. Complaints

Email hello@digitalden.shop or open a ticket in our Discord, and we will respond within one working day. Complaints about a payment, a refund or a receipt need to go to Tebex, because they hold the transaction.

If we cannot resolve something between us you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, or contact Citizens Advice.
